Position Summary:

 

The Sr. Manager, eCommerce & Pricing Support plays a critical role in the North America Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations Team with responsibility for overseeing and driving the strategic direction and operational performance of NA eCommerce platforms, quoting tools, and configured pricing. The Sr. Manager, eCommerce & Pricing Support will lead a team of eCommerce and specialists, manage NA sales/distributor order and subscription tools and intake, lead the Pricing Support team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, create and maintain eCommerce-centric analytics to help optimize revenue operations, and ensure the seamless execution of business initiatives as well as enhancing the customer experience. Focused on streamlined quoting, configured pricing, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and DFS’s subscription management tools, driving their optimal functionality and performance as well as usability and adoption through close partnership with business stakeholders and delivering training on the eCommerce tools is a core part of the role. This position works closely with DFS North America Sales and Strategic Accounts teams, NA distributors, GTM teams, Engineering, Product Management, Project Management, Service, and IT development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches, new tool releases, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to NA sales teams (including distributors) on eCommerce processes, tools, and best practices.
• Lead pricing configuration within CPQ and collaborate with the NA sales teams on other related pricing strategies as needed by the NA business.
• Create, optimize and maintain quoting tools as needed by the NA business.
• Create analytics around the sales and subscription data flowing through the eCommerce tools, identifying areas for improvement both within the tools themselves and for the sales operations / business overall.
• Report customer feedback, trends, and issues to stakeholders and collaborates to recommend solutions or suggest changes to the tools to enhance the customer experience.
• SME for the eCommerce tools with a holistic view of entire system to ensure a change in one area of the tool does not break functionality in another area.
