Job Description

The Supply Chain Senior Mnaager is responsible for leading the execution of sales orders to ensure that the customer receives the ordered goods in the right time and on the right place. The role leads and develops a team comprising Order Management Team Leads, Managers, or Specialists, overseeing all HR responsibilities to ensure team success and development. 

Your role:

  • Ensuring that quality of operations is in line with agreed standards and fully compliant

  • Ensuring a great internal customer experience, coaching your team on these soft skills

  • Managing and creating a working environment enabling the team to deliver excellent service levels

  • Improving the business performance by applying LEAN in the Value Stream and initiating changes to supply chain management concepts in accordance with the customer requirements leading to continuous improvements across

  • Driving supply chain transformation towards digital capabilities through transparency/visibility and data driven decision-making

  • Managing Supply Chain Analytics team as provider for reporting, initial analysis, and enabler of E2E visibility across Supply Chain/ Market teams

  • Managing team including driving simplification, standardization, and automation within this area

  • Managing overall SCM improvement initiatives pipeline incl. on target delivery and rolling coverage of productivity targets, identifying, and mitigating emerging risks by enabling early warning and proper stakeholder engagement

You're the right fit if:

  • University degree

  • Proven professional experience in people management

  • 5 years experience in supply chain management (HS preferred)

  • Hands-on experience with LEAN techniques and culture

  • Good communication skills at different levels

  • Project management skills

  • Fluent in English
