Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing implementation of strategic initiatives and business models with our strategic Alliance Partner that drive success in our LaserJet business. The role explores and assesses new business opportunities, and expansion strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. The role oversees a team of senior individual contributors contributing to the development of organizational strategy and business plans execution.

Responsibilities

  • Leads critically important, higher impact, time-sensitive efforts to define new business opportunities (e.g., optimizing business models, growth initiatives, cost reduction strategies) with our strategic alliance partner.
  • Manages highly complex strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives, including business development, operations, and large-scale transformation.
  • Leads a team of senior individual contributors, who execute segment/functional business models.
  • Partners with executives in creating strategic initiatives and aligning plans and projects on a wide range of strategic issues, including risk management and implementation tactics.
  • Oversees significant analysis efforts and develops new tools and processes to evaluate strategic objectives and financial returns.
  • Influences and coaches internal partners by participating in compelling analysis and recommendations that build the business case for new initiatives.
  • Directs global, virtual, and cross-functional teams and communications to facilitate the development of plans / proposals.
  • Provides innovative thought leadership and makes significant contributions to organizational planning knowledge base.
  • Provides strong leadership, develops and sets individual and team goals, and acts as a change agent and leader; ensures proper tools and resources are in place to support team efforts.
  • Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in strategic management, strategic planning and implementation, consulting, market research, or a related field.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
