Schedule: Full Time Days (40hrs/week)

What You’ll Do

Provides support to end users in a variety of areas. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors problems or issues to ensure a timely resolution. Relies upon instruction and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Work under immediate supervision.

Requirements

Comptia A+ or Google IT Support Professional Certification within 120 days of hire

Preferred Requirements

Degree in IT related field or Trade School
