Your Nightly Mission (5:30 PM - 6:00 AM) within our Hospital's ACU:

As a Night Shift Acute Care RN, you'll be the dedicated guardian of our patients within our hospital's Acute Care Unit, utilizing your sharp assessment skills and compassionate approach to:

• Be the Silent Sentinel: You'll be the watchful eye, deeply understanding each patient's unique overnight needs and ensuring their comfort and safety within our specialized ACU.
• Master the Midnight Hours: From comprehensive assessments to continuous monitoring, you'll be at the forefront of delivering efficient and effective nursing care throughout the night within our established unit.
• Collaborate Through the Calm: You'll work closely with the healthcare team within the hospital, ensuring seamless communication and coordinated care during this crucial time.
• Respond with Nightly Resolve: In critical situations that may arise, your quick thinking and expert skills will be essential as you provide necessary emergency treatments within our well-equipped ACU.
• Document the Night's Story: You'll maintain meticulous records of overnight care, ensuring continuity and clear communication for the day shift.
• Champion Safety Under the Stars: Patient safety remains paramount, and you'll be a proactive force in maintaining a secure and healing environment within our Acute Care Unit throughout the night.
• Communicate with Quiet Care: You'll be the vital link, communicating patient status and needs to the oncoming day team and addressing any overnight concerns.

What you'll bring:

• A solid foundation in nursing, demonstrated by a BSN or ADN with at least one year of relevant experience and training (or equivalent).
• A current and unrestricted Colorado RN License – your key to making a difference during the night within our hospital!
• Essential certifications that showcase your commitment to excellence: TNCC, ACLS, BLS, and PALS (don't have them all yet? No worries – you'll have 120 days to obtain them!).
• A natural inclination for the night shift and the unique dynamics it presents.

• Competitive Pay: Starting at $38.00 - $49.40 per hour, based on your experience, acknowledging your essential contributions.
• Significant Night Shift Differential: Embrace the night with a generous +10% shift differential on top of your base wage for all hours worked after 6:00 PM!
