Evereve’s The Senior Photo Stylist will be responsible for on figure styling, prepping product and maintaining and managing inventory for the photo studio team.  In this role, you will be responsible for continuing to elevate the Evereve brand and express our aesthetic through on figure product styling in Ecommerce, Trendsend, social and media. Reporting to the Director of Styling, you will be an experienced photo stylist, with a refined fashion aesthetic, keen eye for detail and an innate ability to interpret trends and develop innovative styling solutions for the Evereve customer.  

While this role is highly self-driven and operates with independence, it will also be part of a close knit, collaborative creative team in both the Studio and Home Office.  Working in partnership with art directors and the Director of Styling, you will share new ideas, be a steady and active presence on set, have a flexible sensibility, and be able to pivot, problem solve and impact change on a moment’s notice.

Main areas of focus:

• Work closely with merchant and design partners, producer and art director(s) all times to ensure product is accurately represented and styled as intended and to the Evereve aesthetic 
• Ecommerce 
  • Lead styling for apparel categories - plan and pull outfitting for each new style, ensuring key trends are represented and variety of looks reflected; duplication minimized
  • meet with the design fit team to review any details for newly arrived product 
  • Style, fit and dress models in full looks, making changes as needed 
  • Ensure weekly receipts are organized and camera ready (sorted, racked, prepped and steamed) – between 30 – 150 styles, in partnership with our associate stylist
• Sample Shoots 
  • Style, fit and dress models in full looks, making changes as needed to support marketing initiatives
  • Ensure all samples are organized, accounted for and camera ready (prepped and steamed) 
• Omni Shoots
• Work with Los Angeles styling team to style, prep and execute all omni shoot product content
• Lead styling for Minneapolis shoots, including product sorting, racking, prepping and steaming
• Social Shoots 
  • Partner with Director of Styling, Sr. Photo Stylist(s), Associate stylist, Ecommerce and Art directors to style, prep and execute all social product content, including static, stories, reels and lives

Requirements

• 3+ years commercial styling experience 
• Degree in fashion, visual merchandising or related field preferred 
• Proficiency with apple/mac computer platform a plus
• Strong working knowledge of fashion trends and social media visual direction
• Comfortable, positive and flexible in a culture of consistent feedback and change; willingness to grow and voice new ideas 
• Strong fashion aesthetic and ability to interpret and style to meet the needs of the Evereve customer
• Highly independent, self-directed and confident point of view
• Ability to foster relationships with cross functional partners
• Able to lift heavy objects and be on feet 8 hours a day
