When a Slot Rep

This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members. When acting in the capacity of the Slot Rep, all essential duties and responsibilities of that position will be assumed by the team member.

  • Makes change for guests as requested.
  • Counts change wallet at start and end of shift.
  • Pays out jackpots to winning guests and completes required logs.
  • Completes necessary tax forms for qualifying jackpots.
  • Performs minor repairs on slot machines.
  • Exercises good judgment in performing routine maintenance on slot machines.
  • Checks and replenishes TiTO tickets as necessary.
  • Maintains excellent Guest Service while conducting self in professional manner.
  • Assists guests with questions or directs to appropriate party.
  • Other duties as assigned.

When a Slot Supervisor

This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members. When acting in the capacity of the Slot Supervisor, all essential duties and responsibilities of that position will be assumed by the team member.

  • Supervises Slot team members engaged in making change and minor slot repairs.
  • Reviews daily staffing levels for proper coverage, according to guest counts.
  • Approves jackpots up to the established level and ensures all necessary forms are completed accurately.
  • Exercises good judgment to resolve payout disputes and provides excellent customer service according to company policies and procedures.
  • Opens and closes wallet banks.
  • Trains new team members and updates all team members on new policies and procedures.
  • Completes various documentation and reports indicating overages, shortages, attendance, or variances.
  • Investigates and helps resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Ensures Slot personnel are in compliance with internal controls and the illinois Gaming Board.
  • Performs minor repair work on slot machines.
  • Safeguards assets of the company.
  • Observes slot play; recognizes and promotes Player Development.
  • Provides outstanding Guest Service.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Experience as a Slot Representative is required.
  • Must have a good working knowledge of a casino and/or Slot department operation.
  • Must be able to pass the two levels of training as established by the Slot department. 
  • Must pass company math test to be eligible for this position.
  • Must understand and speak the English language.
  • Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.  
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
