As we continue to expand, we seek a Marketing Technology Senior Specialist to enhance our marketing capabilities, improve data tracking, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
The Marketing Technology Senior Specialist will lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of tracking tools for both web and app platforms, ensuring high-quality data integrity and adherence to privacy regulations such as GDPR and App Tracking Transparency (ATT). This role will also drive marketing enablement by implementing AI-driven solutions and automation tools to improve efficiency across budget management, creative optimization, SEO, and content marketing.
💻 AS A MARKETING TECHNOLOGY SENIOR SPECIALIST YOU WILL:
- Evaluate long-term martech stack investments and prioritising focus based on ROI which enables and drives the overall company strategy
- Influence decision-making at multiple levels, especially in marketing and engineering
- Own the entire martech stack, including evaluating, implementing, and retiring tools and processes.
- Lead both our B2C marketing technology, and our nascent B2B marketing technology such as lead lifecycle management and CRM tools.
- Define and implement robust tracking concepts across web and app platforms to measure user engagement, campaign performance, and conversions.
- Ensure events and parameters tracked align with specific KPIs and ensure accurate measurement of marketing/product outcomes.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to optimise the data layer for effective analytics.
- Collaborate with the Data team to provide insights on attribution models and user behaviour.
- Implement app tracking with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Adjust and SKAN.
- Maintain high data accuracy by auditing and troubleshooting tracking systems regularly.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, App Tracking Transparency (ATT), and other regulations through privacy-first tracking solutions.
- Partner with the marketing team to identify inefficiencies and propose AI-driven and automated solutions.
- Build and implement workflows, scripts (e.g., Python), and AI tools for budget optimization, creative performance optimization, search demand analysis and recommendations, content automation and campaign management.
- Train and support the marketing team on the effective use of AI and automation tools.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI, automation, and tracking technologies.
- Research and implement new tools to continuously improve marketing processes and insights.

⚙️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data tracking, or marketing analytics roles.
- Proficiency in building and deploying automation scripts (e.g., Python, JS or Google Scripts) for marketing workflows.
- Deep interest in AI tools and platforms, with a focus on marketing automation
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, GA4) and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs).
- Experience implementing compliant tracking solutions for marketing and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and resolve tracking discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with and train marketing stakeholders.
