What You'll Do:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
• Respond to service requests and emergency calls (on-call rotation required)
• Maintain community grounds and amenities
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards

What You Bring:

• Maintenance or trade experience preferred, but not required
• HVAC knowledge a plus; EPA certification preferred
• Basic tools and reliable transportation
• Bilingual a plus
• Ability to work independently and communicate well with residents and team members
• Physically able to walk properties, lift 25+ lbs, and work indoors/outdoors
