Recognized for our entrepreneurial approach for over 65 years, our team of over 25,000 employees takes an ownership mindset, collaborating with customers to redefine what's possible.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><br/> Position Summary:  </p> <p> </p> <p>We are looking for a Program Manager – Global Operational Excellence located at our facility in Duisburg, Germany.</p> <p> </p> <p>This position is responsible for the PSG business Continuous Improvement program by effectively identifying, leading, coaching, training, and implementing process improvement solutions in cooperation with each PSG manufacturing location across the globe.  <br/>  </p> <p>Responsibilities include driving the implementation of the Dover Operational Excellence model, facilitating Continuous Improvement initiatives, and driving manufacturing technology solutions across locations in Europe, North America, Asia, and Oceania.  Examples of types of efforts that this role will engage in includes: implementation of Lean manufacturing concepts, facilitation of Value Stream Design workshops, serving as a trainer and mentor for key concepts, designing and implementing future state Operations processes aligned to best practices, assisting the execution of factory transformation and capacity expansion projects, and implementing modern manufacturing technologies.  Candidate must be results oriented with a bias for data driven decision making while being able to juggle multiple projects across multiple global site locations of varying needs and process improvement maturity levels.  Results for the role will be measured in terms of manufacturing efficiency savings realized, capacity targets attained, ROI achieved for manufacturing investments, and process maturity targets validated within the Dover Operational Excellence model.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Ownership of both the PSG overall and individual global site level manufacturing productivity (financial savings) in terms of annual goal setting, project level results tracking, and project execution through both best practice leveraging and hands-on facilitation.</li> <li>Lead the identification, planning, and execution of Continuous Improvement initiatives at PSG locations around the world through data analysis to identify improvement opportunities across the full scope of Operations metrics (safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivit
