About the role

Hi, Future Homie!

At Homebase, you’ll join a team that’s bold, fast-moving, and obsessed with helping small businesses thrive. We build with empathy, act with urgency, and take big swings that drive real-world impact. Here, every Homie shows up to raise the bar, support one another, and celebrate wins as a team.

We’re not just building an app—we’re building unstoppable teams. So what do you say, are you in?

 📍Your Impact Starts Here

We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Sales Enablement who’s passionate about enabling high-performing go-to-market teams. You’ll focus on accelerating performance across our customer-facing teams—from onboarding to advanced coaching. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale enablement infrastructure that directly drives revenue growth and unlocks AI-powered workflows. If you love building from zero to one, thrive in high-velocity environments, and want to shape how teams win together, we want to hear from you.

  • Build and execute enablement programs across the full customer lifecycle—from acquisition to retention and expansion

  • Own onboarding for new sales team members, decreasing ramp time, and increasing early productivity

  • Develop ongoing training for experienced reps, focused on conversion, cross-sell, and deal quality

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product to ensure content and coaching are aligned with business needs

  • Enable AI-first workflows by training GTM teams on automation tools, AI-powered pitch tools, and customer insights

  • Define and manage competency frameworks for sales roles, managers, and future GTM motions

  • Lead and grow a team of enablement specialists, content creators, and trainers

  • Measure impact and iterate programs using performance data and seller feedback

  • Support GTM evolution into new segments like franchise, channel, and mid-market

  • Continuously refine our tech stack to reinforce training through real-time guidance and system integrations

🚀 The Foundation for Success - These are the experiences and strengths that will set you up for success in this role:

  • 5+ years in revenue/sales enablement or L&D for GTM orgs; 2+ years leading teams or programs

  • Demonstrated ability to build programs that improve rep productivity and conversion

  • Fluency with enablement and sales tools (e.g., Highspot, Gong, Salesforce, Lessonly, Outreach)

  • Deep knowledge of adult learning theory, sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.), and performance coaching

  • Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment

  • Track record of integrating AI into sales or enablement processes

  • Ability to collaborate in the office weekly, Monday - Thursday

🤝  The Homie Way - These principles guide everything we do—from how we work and make decisions to how we show up for each other.

  • 💡 Be Customer Obsessed – Solve problems with empathy and creativity.

  • Move Fast, Learn Fast – Experiment, take action, and grow every day.

  • 🎯 Own Your Impact – Think big, focus on what matters, and make decisions you stand behind.

  • 🏆 Master Your Craft – Excellence fuels impact—show up, step up, and make your mark.

  • 🏅 Win Together – Put goals over roles, lead with trust, and connect to our mission and each other.
