Forensic Nurse Case Manager

The Forensic Registered Nurse Case Manager performs medical forensic case management and coordination of interdisciplinary clinical service delivery, utilization of community resources, follow up care, and referrals to services for adolescent and adult patients who receive forensic nurse examiner services at Forensic Nursing Services of Providence. The Forensic Registered Nurse Case Manager is also responsible for providing direct patient care duties of a Forensic Nurse Examiner.

Required qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License 
• 1 year   Nursing experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Upon hire: Current certification of completion of 40 hour Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE)
• Upon hire: 16 hour SANE Clinical Skills Lab (CSL training)

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
