The COE is responsible for the data curation, certification, governance, and documentation of Finance's certified single-source-of-truth data sources for internal and external reporting. The COE provides reporting best practices, guidance, and training for users seeking data for analysis.

Partner with the best

The COE is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to contribute to the development and maturation of the company's data-driven initiatives. You will become an expert in the structure and usage of our datasets, helping business and IT partners to understand and utilize disparate data sources to solve their problems.

As a Finance Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Mastering and advocating the use of the COE's core datasets
• Meeting with business stakeholders to scope data needs and work with IT developers to implement
• Prototyping new data solutions and thoroughly test them before releasing to the analyst community
• Documenting and certifying data in the COE team page and the company's data cataloging tool
• Assisting in the management of company-wide data collaborations such as the Annual Operating Plan
• Assisting end users on any data-related or Tableau usability questions
• Maintaining monthly status updates and communications for data loads in COE calendar
• Ensuring data for monthly reporting cycles are accurate and tie across reporting systems

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• 2+ years experience in a data analysis related function and a Bachelor's Degree
• Have proficient/Working knowledge in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, Programming Concepts, Database structures
• Demonstrate experience with Tableau, Hyperion, or other Business Intelligence/Financial Reporting tool
• Be detail-oriented and maintains accuracy in data and deliverables
• Have a problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Have excellent communication skills with ability to lead meetings and collaborate with business partners
