We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a team focused on evaluating, designing, building and scaling a number of new special projects that help customers get the most out of their sites.
About the role

- Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges from $130,000 - $178,000 for most US locations and $144,000 - $198,000 for US locations with a higher cost of labor. All figures cited above are in $USD and pertain to workers located in the United States. Pay is based on several factors including market location, and may vary depending on job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will …
- Be responsible for Webflow’s newest and most ambitious investment in new product areas that will drive substantial expansion for our customers and business
- Evaluate several new product areas that are adjacent to our core product and then develop a strategy and roadmap with alignment from our executive team
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers and data scientists to execute on your roadmap and deliver impact
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.
About you
You’ll thrive as a Senior Product Manager if you:
- Articulate a bold vision, and can collaboratively partner and influence across multiple teams and stakeholders to create a path to achieve it
- Have strong stakeholder management experience leading products that support multiple customer personas
- Experience driving 0 to 1 products
- Are a systems thinker
- Have led multi-disciplinary development teams in high-growth environments
- Understand website technologies and the tools teams use to optimize their sites
- Know how to balance building for the long-term with delivering near-term wins for users
- Thrive in the ambiguity that comes with a fast-paced, high-growth environment
