🌟 What You'll Do
✅ Ensure critical medical supplies, implants, grafts, tissue products, and equipment are available when and where they're needed
✅ Accurately replenish, distribute, and manage inventory across procedural and surgical areas
✅ Perform inventory cycle counts, audits, and replenishment activities to maintain accurate stock levels
✅ Monitor product usage, backorders, recalls, lot numbers, and expiration dates
✅ Rotate inventory to reduce waste and maintain product integrity
✅ Receive, document, and distribute supplies using inventory management systems
✅ Assemble surgical case carts based on procedure requirements and physician preference cards
✅ Partner with clinical teams, Sterile Processing, and Supply Chain colleagues to resolve supply challenges quickly
✅ Maintain organized storage locations, proper labeling, and efficient workflows
✅ Identify opportunities to improve processes and inventory accuracy

🎓 Qualifications
Required
✔ High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
✔ 2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics, materials management, healthcare operations, or a related field
Preferred
⭐ Associate Degree
⭐ Healthcare, hospital, surgical services, or clinical support experience
⭐ Experience with Materials Management Information Systems (MMIS)
⭐ Familiarity with PeopleSoft MMIS, Par Excellence, QSight, or similar inventory management software
