We are seeking a Household Goods Divisional Manager to join our team in Fullerton, CA! Our HHG Divisional Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our HHG division. Management functions including hiring, training and leading a team of employees and drivers that provide excellent customer service. This individual will also be responsible for developing and managing an annual budget, while driving for constant growth and profitability.

Responsibilities for our HHG Divisional Manager include but are not limited to:

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Household Goods division
• Develop and maintain relationships with our clients providing the same high level of customer service we give to their customers we deliver to
• Supervise dispatch/planning personnel and customer service personnel;
• Meet or exceed all on time delivery, customer and client satisfaction goals;
• Expand the hauling fleet, while continuously maintaining a high level of quality service for our customers;
• Ensure company standards and safety protocols are followed;
• Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting;
• Create and implement SOP’s and KPI’s to increase efficiency within the division;
• Lead, develop, and monitor staff and crew performance;
• Other duties as assigned

The successful candidate for this position will share the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• High School Diploma required, secondary education in a relatable field is preferred;
• Minimum of 5 years of relatable white glove/final mile industry experience;
• Minimum of 3 years’ management experience;
• Experience working with a diverse workforce;
• Ability to communicate with customers and staff effectively and efficiently both verbally and in writing;
• Strong multi-tasking skills and comfortable in a fast-paced, high stress level environment;
• Solid leadership skills
