The Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Lead will apply their technical, functional, and leadership expertise to lead the delivery of technical project components efficiently. Responsible for the technical scope, this role involves close collaboration with customers and leading onshore and offshore teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Lead and direct technical teams, collaborating with customer counterparts and functional resources.
• Conduct technical workshops, develop strategies, and oversee quality processes.
• Act as an advisor to customers, providing guidance and maintaining productive relationships.
• Support sales activities, including technical discovery, solution design, and presentations.
• Lead innovation within practice communities and cross-functional teams.
• Apply industry expertise to drive customer success in transformational efforts.
• Possess technical skills in cloud architecture, data migration, integration, reporting, and security.
• Understand functional SaaS module concepts, processes, and workflows.

The Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Delivery Lead is a multifaceted role that requires a combination of skills: 

1. deep knowledge in ERP Applications technology 
2. good understanding of SaaS functionality, processes, and capabilities
3. strong leadership and management skills 
   1. Foundational understanding of Cloud
   2. Oracle SaaS experience in Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, and Extensions; including experience ERP Cloud inbound and outbound capabilities as well as reporting and extensions.
   3. Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering the above tracks
   4. Deep experience in integration in general, demonstrated knowledge in platforms (preferably OIC), integration patterns, security, and processes
   5. Experience in OIC, VBCS, Process Cloud, ATP
   6. Foundational expertise in security: IDCS and security standards, SOS, SAML, OAUTH, PGP, ..etc.

The tech lead is expected to apply their technical and functional expertise on the one hand, and leadership skills on the other, to ensure the successful delivery of all technical aspects of their projects.   The tech lead is accountable for all technical items (scope) and works closely with the customer counterparts, and onshore and offshore functional resources, and oversees and directs the technical teams to meet commitments to our customers on time and within budget.  

 

With the above facets in play, on a typical project, the lead is expected to conduct familiarization sessions, run workshops on all technical items, lead and develop technical strategies and architecture, and effectively lead customer, functional, and technical resources in the context of technical items, ensure quality processes and peer reviews are being followed, track and communicate status, anticipate/foresee risk, escalate, and implement mitigations; a
