The Associate Director, Brand Marketing Transformation Strategy will be instrumental in spearheading brand marketing transformation efforts to drive growth and enhance competitive positioning. This role focuses on leading change management, unlocking brand innovation, and optimizing content workflows to ensure seamless execution. A key priority is to foster cross-functional collaboration, streamline processes, and enable scalable, high-impact marketing solutions. By accelerating time-to-market and reducing costs, the Associate Director will help deliver transformative outcomes that fuel commercial success and strengthen market leadership.

Main Responsibilities:
Content Acceleration Deployment and Expansion
Support the rollout and scaling of a new content acceleration program.
Assist in designing and implementing streamlined workflows that accelerate content production.
Monitor utilization and identify areas to enhance adoption and functionality.
Promote program value proposition across teams through internal communications, trainings and workshops.
Gather feedback to refine processes and address adoption barriers.
Process Optimization and Efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance content development and deployment.
Analyze performance metrics to track efficiencies and recommend further optimizations.
Ensure scalable and consistent content creation aligned with strategic priorities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Global, Digital, and other partners teams to foster seamless integration and alignment on program initiatives.
Facilitate co-ownership of program-driven projects, ensuring shared accountability for results.
Support the development of frameworks and governance models that strengthen collaboration.
About You
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in marketing operations, content strategy, or digital transformation.
Proven track record of supporting large-scale marketing initiatives or process improvement projects.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across marketing, digital, and IT teams.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for optimization.
