The Commercialization Skills Development Team is the catalyst for empowering the Commercialization organization to drive transformative customer experiences that give patients hope. As the Senior Manager of WW Field Leadership Development, you will be working amongst the best in your profession and will collaborate with talented and dedicated professionals committed to advancing learning.
What we are looking for:
The WW Commercialization Skills Development Team seeks an experienced leadership learning professional. The Senior Manager will lead field leadership skill development and coaching for Commercialization field leaders (Medical and Commercial) globally, ensuring an integrated learning strategy.
Who you will work with:
This role is a home-office-based position, reporting directly to the Associate Director of WW Commercialization Field Skills Development. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Learning Leadership COE, providing strategic insight and contributing to content development initiatives. Additionally, the Senior Manager will partner with stakeholders across the Commercialization organization and WW Commercialization Learning to assess needs, design, and implement training solutions that support the development objectives of field leaders across the globe.
Primary responsibilities:
- Drive awareness of field leadership programs and their impact, globally.
- Develop relationships with first and second-line leadership across Commercialization, globally.
- Develop, update and execute the learning strategy for worldwide field leadership.
- Manage all aspects of program development, including design, development, integration of content, and go-to-market strategy.
- Ensure appropriate tracking and documentation of learning in accordance with company policy and local regulations while innovating new ways to increase efficiencies.
- Assess and analyze the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Learning Leadership COE to align global field force leadership and professional development training initiatives.
- Coordinate training delivery with internal and external partners as needed.
- Ensure ongoing analysis of global field learning needs based on current and future requirements of the business and changing internal/external environment.
- Contribute to the annual business planning process, including establishing training plans, budget, resources and investment strategy specifically for sales leader development.
- Maintain industry knowledge of innovative learning solutions.
- Ensure programs are executed within budget guidelines.
- Adhere to Adult Learning Principles and learning measurement methodologies.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
- At least three years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative is necessary.
- A minimum of two years' experience in team leadership and management, including coaching and development, is required.
- Experience in skills development, sales, or medical training is highly preferred.
- Experience working in a global function is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work effectively within matrixed teams.
