Data Center Logistics/Warehouse Associate

<span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet="">Milestone Logistics Specialists are responsible for safely moving all of the parts into, out of, and around the client Data Centers using a variety of technology and equipment.</span><p><span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet=""><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet="">Ensure inventory transactions are completed both physically and in inventory systems, meeting required SLAs.</span></li><li><span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet="">Execute inbound and outbound material movement in order of operational priority, which may vary daily.</span></li><li><span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet="">Operate within the data center, mainly in the loading dock and warehouse areas, using manual and powered equipment.</span></li><li><span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet="">Move materials between hub and spoke locations according to a set schedule.</span></li><li><span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet="">Perform daily inventory cycle counts across multiple storage zones, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</span></li><li><span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet="">Prepare and package outbound shipments, including the creation of relevant documentation.</span></li><li><span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet="">Operate motorized tug devices and transport servers from dock to various internal areas, walking long distances as needed.</span></li><li><span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet="">Use power tools such as impact drills and levelers to install or level set servers in the data hall.</span></li><li><span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet="">Work in high-temperature environments such as hot aisles, following all safety guidelines.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet=""><strong>Key Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet="">Experience in warehouse or logistics roles, preferably within a technical or data center environment.</span></li><li><span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet="">Comfortable using handheld scanners, inventory systems, and MS Office/Google suite tools.</span></li><li><span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet="">Familiarity with operating pallet jacks, tugs, or other motorized equipment.</span></li><li><span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet="">Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and walk long distances indoors throughout the day.</span></li><li><span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet="">Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.</span></li><li><span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet="">Comfortable working in physically demanding and hot environments.</span></li><li><span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet="">Safety-focused and compliance-driven mindset.</span></li></ul> <span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet=""> <span>Physical Demands:</span></span><ul><li><span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet="">May require extended periods on your feet</span></li><li><span ,="" helvetica="" ms"="" sans-serif;font-size:13.0px;"="" trebuchet="">May require significant walking per day throughout the Warehouse and/or Data Center</span></li></ul><p> </p><p>#LI-JW1</p>
