Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating the communication and implementation of sector nutrition programs, as well as the monitoring of regulatory requirements within your division of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides resources for and coordination of activities to support clinical nutrition programs
- Assists with the maintenance and development of Nutrition programs and menus, Policies and Procedures Manual, Manual of Clinical Nutrition Management and others as requested
- Supports new sales surveys, presentations and openings through coordination of resources
- Assists in career development of clinical team members
- Reads and complies with all Compass Group policies and procedures as is appropriate
- Completes all daily, weekly or monthly reports as outlined in the corporate Policies and Procedures on a timely basis meeting all prescribed deadlines
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
- At least 7 years of experience, preferred
- Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board, post examination, in states where applicable within company’s required timeline as outlined per policy
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
- Basic computer use, including use of e-mail and MS applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
