Our site in Hull is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader for our contract with Crown. Working 0645-1515 and 1415-2315

Pay, benefits, and more:

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Deliver clear operational direction, leadership, and development to your team of FLT operatives
• Set and monitor KPIs and performance levels, ensuring that we’re always meeting or exceeding our SLAs
• Carry out team briefings and general staff communication
• Work closely alongside the operations team to eradicate stock discrepancies and errors

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Previous experience in managing a team in a warehouse environment
• Excellent working knowledge of the warehousing process
• Confidence in warehouse health and safety
• MHE License is desired (or a willingness to undertake training towards this)
