Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (This description is a general statement of required major
duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continual basis. It does not exclude other
duties that may be assigned.) o At the beginning of each shift, receive work orders from lead person.o Locate material to be produced and move materials to the band saw area.
o Program band saw with the correct size according to the customer
specifications.
o Turn on band saw machine on and begin the cutting of the product.
o Unload finished product onto flats.
o Move product to next operation.
o Maintain excellent housekeeping practices in production area.
o Practice proper safety techniques.
o Follow all procedures and guidelines.
o Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Education & Experience:
Must be at least 18 years of age to perform this job. To perform this job successfully, an
individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed
below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable

functions.
Education and Experience:
 High School diploma or GED equivalent required; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.

 Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
 Able to work accurately from verbal and written instructions.
