What You’ll Do

The Senior Manager, Deposition Products Group (DPG) Finance reports to the Senior Director, Deposition Products Group (DPG) Finance Controller and oversees the Finance team supporting ALD/CVD Metals and DPG Central groups.  The Senior Finance Manager is also the Finance business partner to the Corporate Vice President of ALD/CVD Metals. The position is directly responsible for supporting ALD/CVD Metals operations, and DPG Central functions. This role will provide decision support and analytics for ALD/CVD Metals, identify and manage risks and opportunities in meeting performance commitments. He/she will work very closely and effectively with various corporate groups, such as Corporate Accounting, Sales Operations and Revenue Recognition teams to support various business, accounting, reporting and compliance initiatives. Additionally, this role will take an active part in Corporate FP&A initiatives including financial systems enhancement projects. He/she will be a catalyst to improve forecasting and reporting processes with a drive towards streamlining and process simplification. This position will require a broad range of finance experience including business analysis, creation and tracking of performance metrics, cross functional team leadership and compliance/internal controls. He/she will require strong business acumen, coupled with excellent leadership skills to navigate in a matrixed environment suited to a high-performance culture, strong teamwork and partnership with multiple stakeholders across Lam.

Primary responsibilities will include: Supporting and partnering with the ALD/CVD Metals and DPG Central Operations teams to generate the quarterly financial forecasts and ensuring that they accurately reflect up-to-date business conditions. Ensuring proper accounting for financials (Capex, Opex), managing critical activities such as quarterly financial close and QxR processes, mentoring of the finance teams including creating a high-performance culture and championing individual development and growth.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or 5+ years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modeling techniques.
• Proven track record of developing and executing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in financial planning software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
