What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment

Answers and logs all calls, emails, faxes, and letters from guests including restaurant and retail issues, product requests, e-commerce issues, gift card issues, or any other type of guest-related issues. Resolves any issues and requests to ensure recovery of guest. Researches and shares information involving unusual guest requests, inquiries, and other issues. Completes special projects including researching information from other departments, gathering contact lists, adding information to departmental resources, etc..
