POSITION SUMMARY:
The End to End (E2E) business optimization team are the experts in leading the organization through E2E Value Chain Optimization, E2E business process improvement, and E2E Thinker curriculum all to help drive out waste and add value to meet consumer needs while improving bottom or top line. This team’s role goes beyond being the hands-on practitioners and coaches, they are a Center of Excellence that will help build this capability, mindset and approach into roles embedded through the Organization. This role will develop, support and build capability in the E2E Improvement methodology, in either the entire Value Chain or for the cross functional Business Process, and build capability within the organization aligned with the Ways of Leading: E2E Thinker. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership. 

 

A summary of the role is:
-    Being a Business Partner to the leadership team of the Division or BU along the journey of the E2E Thinking, Value Chain Optimization, or Business process improvement
-    Establishing the correct approach and application of methodology to maximize quality of the output and the results.
-    Work along the three phases of Discover, Ideate and Execute in terms of driving a permanent and solid improvement.
-    Building capability and knowledge in the greater organization around the WHY, WHAT and HOW of E2E Thinking, Value chain Optimization, and E2E Business process improvement.

 

This role will ensure the execution of the value chain programs, deliver key projects, and build the necessary capability within the organization for autonomy without compromising quality. Additionally, it will foster a learning culture, inspire transformational improvement, promote objectivity and credibility, and build a network of leaders who champion End-to-End thinking through mentoring and training.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-    Developing and continually evolving improvement methodology to support the needs of the businesses.
-    Facilitating or shadow coaching the facilitation of key events and moments along the journey
-    Hands on involvement in certain key projects at a Zone level.
-    Ensuring Leadership is set for success through the role they have in driving E2E transformation as well as their routines and engagement activities.
-    Coaching Leadership teams on what drives success for E2E Thinker Way of Leading.
-    Establishing a network for the people supporting the methodology within their areas, to share and align and learn.
-    Developing employees within the organization on core E2E Thinker principles
-    Maintain a ‘library’ and documentation center to support the methodology and practices, inclusive of a playbook and set of examples / best practices that can be used to direct, onboard, and develop our people.

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
-    Bachelor's degree in business related field, marketing or sales degree preferred.

 

EXPERIENCE:
-    Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a cross-functional or end-to-end role.
-    Proven history of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
