Estimated annual base pay: $61,000.00 (minimum) - $76,400.00 (midpoint) - $91,700.00 (maximum)

This position will provide direct support to leaders and members on a wide variety of Human Resources related business matters. What You Will Be Doing
Guiding and supporting leaders and members on Leading Performance Management Processes, including but not limited to written reflections and performance evaluations, goal setting, and development planning.
Assisting in Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity efforts, conducting targeted outreach activities and consulting with leadership on goals and responsibilities in this area.
Supporting OFCCP and FAA Audits
Executing components of the Global Human Resources strategic plan and leading global projects as needed.
Working with various systems including Workday, Workforce, Microsoft Suite and Power BI to maintain accurate Human Resources records.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with members and leadership by addressing their needs and concerns, providing information and support to enhance member satisfaction, loyalty and improve retention and drive business growth.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in an HR, Management or Psychology discipline
A minimum of 1 or more years of experience in an HR Generalist role is required
Previous experience working in a large corporate environment supporting up to 300 members on average is strongly preferred
A background in an HR related role in a manufacturing environment is desired
