Our guests expect and deserve to feel they made the right hotel choice when they first enter the parking lot, seeing a well maintained landscape will put them at ease. Then having that feeling confirmed after entering their room and finding everything in working order and clean with a home feel.

Job Duties include:

• Ensuring the ground are clean and well maintained. Maintain the indoor pool, perform preventative maintenance (PM) inspections making repairs as needed.

Job Requirements

• Being able to make minor dry wall repairs, painting.
• Understanding HVAC repair a BIG plus.
• Basic knowledge of electric and plumbing
• Being able to work outside during good/bad weather.
