<p><strong>Shaping the future of finance as our new Group Accounting Manager</strong><br/>Stingray has grown to more than 230 employees, and in 2025 our revenue will pass one billion NOK. Today, we are active in Norway and Iceland, and over the next few years we plan to expand into all major salmon farming regions, including Scotland, Canada and Chile. As our new Group Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in securing the quality and consistency of our financial reporting across countries and entities. Your work will shape important decisions and support our ability to grow in a structured and sustainable way. </p> <p><strong>What will you do?</strong><br/>As Group Accounting Manager, you will take the lead in shaping the financial backbone of a growing international company. You will be responsible for leading the group close process, guiding financial reporting under IFRS and helping us evolve our systems, routines and data flows. You will be working closely with our CFO and other leaders in Finance and Operations. Here are some of the key responsibilities you will take part in:</p> <ul><li>Leading the monthly, quarterly and annual group close and consolidation process.</li><li>Ensuring IFRS compliance across the group, including technical accounting policies and memos.</li><li>Overseeing the preparation of the annual and interim financial reports.</li><li>Contributing to processes related to tax, transfer pricing and audit.</li><li>Supporting finance digitalization projects including automation and data-driven improvements.</li><li>Providing accounting impact analysis for international growth.</li></ul> <p>You will also play an active role in driving our digital finance agenda, from cloud ERP to analytics and intelligent automation. There is a wide range of challenges to solve, and we look forward to working as a team to find the best solutions together.</p> <p><strong>Who are we looking for?</strong><br/>We are looking for someone who enjoys structure, cares about accuracy and sees opportunities for better ways to work. You probably have a solid background in accounting and feel confident with group reporting and IFRS. A master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing (MRR), Siviløkonom or equivalent is typically expected, and a CPA or Statsautorisert revisor is preferred. Ideally, you bring more than ten years of relevant experience, including hands-on consolidation under NGAAP and IFRS, and perhaps a background from one of the Big 4.</p> <p>Most of all, you are curious, take initiative and want to help shape how we work as we grow.
