Job Description:

This position is accountable for the provision of patient care and other activities as permitted by licensure and defined within Credentialing and Privileging documentation (hospital), Credentialing and Scope of Practice (Medical Group), Delegation of Services Agreement (DOPL) or other similar documentation as appropriate. As part of that patient care, this position is accountable to: deliver optimal patient care through effective clinical practice; education of the patient, patient's family, clinical staff, and others; consultation with other healthcare providers; and maintain current knowledge regarding options for optimal patient care and outcomes.

About this role. 

As a PA or NP within our Heart & Vascular team, you'll work collaboratively with a team of 3 board-certified Vascular surgeons, your fellow APPs, and strong support staff that puts patients first! The practice provides full spectrum care that prides itself on high-quality patient experiences.

• Competitive Compensation: $175,000 plus the potential to earn more with call pay.

• Incentives: $10,000 starting bonus, up to $7,500 relocation bonus (if applicable), and up to 25,000 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable). We’re also PSLF eligible!

• You would practice at Intermountain Health: St. Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, Montana. 

• You would be joining a well-respected, established group of Heart & Vascular providers.

• Extended program, you'll provide support in the OR, hospital, and ambulatory clinic.

• The clinic is conveniently located adjacent to the hospital providing easy access.

• EPIC EMR utilization (system-wide).

• The hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center, a Certified Stroke Center, and an accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. The OR includes one hybrid and one biplane operating suite.

What you’ll bring. 

• An active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) License by the MT State Board or able to obtain.

• Prescriptive Authority by the MT state board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License.

• At least 1-3 years’ experience in a surgical role is preferred.

• At least 1-3 years' experience in vascular/ct clinic is preferred.     

• Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credent
