What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop the maintenance team to meet luxury hospitality standards
• Implement and optimize maintenance systems, processes, and SOPs
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure readiness at all times
• Leverage technology for efficient scheduling, tracking, and task completion
• Coordinate cross-departmental projects with operations, housekeeping, and construction teams

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Strategic planning to maximize property use and efficiency
• Strong communication skills for clear and effective coordination
• Tech-savvy with cloud-based management systems
• Systems-oriented approach to organize, prioritize, and optimize maintenance tasks
• Experience in hospitality or service-driven environments

Position Details:

• Full-time, exempt (salaried) position requiring 50–60+ hours per week, especially during peak seasons and events
• Competitive salary based on experience
