ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for tracking and analyzing important financial and budgetary report

• Manages monthly budgets, operation activity and department metrics

• Use reports to determine trends and variances

• Identify areas in which positive changes can be made

• Use data to determine how adjustments and changes may affect the big picture

• Provide regional directors and the Sr. VP with financial updates

• Serve as the liaison between all departments to achieve a cohesive result

• Manage the Headcount data with Finance and Human Resources

• Provide monthly headcount updates to management

• Reconcile headcount issues with HR and Finance

• Review DC operations Policies and Procedures for grammatical and structural content

• Develop and document organizational Project Delivery on behalf of clients and internal projects

• Manage and Document Key Meetings, and track completion/accountabilities of action owners

• Manage organizational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop reports on organizational performance

• Assist Corporate and Site teams in accessing critical information and resources needed to maintain KPIs

• Understanding of Project Management, Planning, Operations Management, and Data Centers

• Develop SharePoint directories and dashboards for collection and online reporting of KPIs

• Develop Executive-level presentations for internal and external use

• Liaison with the Global Operation Function Team and be the primary point of contact for global operational initiatives

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Strong financial analysis and management skills.

• Strong capability and expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

• Proficient with computers to include the utilization of Microsoft programs such as Word, Project, and Outlook.

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills

• Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 3 years working in a data center operations environment. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending.

• Able to hear and speak into a telephone.

• Close visual work on a computer terminal.

• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.

• Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

WORK CONDITIONS

• This role is expected to be remote with an occasional need to be on-site in a shared space.

• Extensive daily usage of workstation or computer

• Periodic work in a Data Center environment with varying temperatures and loud noises

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Occasional travel to domestic NTT Data Center locations

• Must possess a current, valid state-issued driver’s license

This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $ 73,000 - $ 104,000

All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
