FSI Modernization / Bank Architecture Sr. Business Solution Architect

 

Banking Modernization Architect / Catalyst role expected to integrate banking knowledge with strategy, customer experience, technology, organizational effectiveness, operations, and regulatory compliance, to provide the complete solution to our clients. During Pre - Sales activities, you will require cross solution level technical understanding and expertise across multiple platforms, hybrid cloud, database, and public cloud.

 

 Bringing together our Digital Transformation Services and FS Consulting solutions into solution constructs, proposals (RFX) for our clients; global banks (two or more functional areas such as retail, commercial, institutional, capital markets, wealth), Digital/Neo banks and fintech’s to help them manage through the challenges of bank modernization and digital disruption to the banking sector. You should be enthusiastic about disruption and the banking industry and the disruption that is shaping the Financial Services sector. You should be excited about new ways of banking and ecosystem approaches to deliver them. 

 

About the Role

• Able to carry annual $2M consultative solutions selling revenue targets and, or Practice Partner to accounts increasing FSI consulting footprint and revenue remits
• Support clients with the assessment activities (understand future state, analyze current state, identify gaps & solution (s) to bridge the gap, define/develop roadmap)
• Design end to end banking business / industry architecture (future proof and aggregated platform management)
• Work with different technology vendors to build a competitive technology advisory solutions and architecture 
• Support the sales process and proposal development for Bank Modernization (including digital transformation, cloud migration and data management/consolidations), preparing cost estimates for licensing and product sales as well as professional services (deployment, migration, implementation, and workshops)
• Developing overall solutions including high-level design, statements of work, service design and bills of materials
• Contributing to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives
• Analyzing and gathering business requirements from large and complex client environments and performing required research and investigation to identify and create thorough, accurate technical solution proposals based on client requirements
• Able to bridge the gap between technology and business, self-driven, curious and a fast-learner, and able to take responsibility for personal growth and development
• interact with various levels of internal and external stakeholders both in written and verbal forms

 

Requirements

• 12+ years of business consulting experience in banking industry domain
• 8+ years of cross-functional project experience in the banking space with FSI Modernization or digital banking implementation or with the digital or Enterprise Architecture function of a bank or digital bank
• 5+ years Program Management experience managing multiple projects
• Experience utilizing Modern Banking Architectures and approaches including integration approaches and architectures
• Experience with Legacy Modernization, open banking, API, microservice, and As-a-Service architectures
• Bachelor’s / Mater’s preferred MBA/MBS from a reputed business school
