Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this individual will play a vital role in supporting both U.S. and Philippines operations, offering strategic legal guidance, ensuring compliance, and managing contract and regulatory workflows. This is a unique opportunity to work on both U.S. and Philippine legal matters while helping drive positive social impact at scale.  This is a fully remote position working night shift hours. </p> <p data-start="1112" data-end="1137"><strong data-start="1112" data-end="1137">Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p data-start="1139" data-end="1163"><strong data-start="1139" data-end="1161">U.S. Legal Support</strong></p> <ul data-start="1164" data-end="1666"> <li data-start="1164" data-end="1224"> <p data-start="1166" data-end="1224">Review, revise, and manage contracts relating to the U.S. operations, including our federal and state grant programs in the U.S.</p> </li> <li data-start="1225" data-end="1299"> <p data-start="1227" data-end="1299">Provide compliance advice and support.</p> </li> <li data-start="1300" data-end="1375"> <p data-start="1302" data-end="1375">Draft and maintain internal policies and procedures for U.S. operations.</p> </li> <li data-start="1376" data-end="1488"> <p data-start="1378" data-end="1488">Monitor and ensure compliance with U.S. tax requirements (income, sales, unemployment, employer withholding, etc.).</p> </li> <li data-start="1489" data-end="1565"> <p data-start="1491" data-end="1565">Assist with registrations, permits, and other corporate compliance tasks.</p> </li> <li data-start="1566" data-end="1666"> <p data-start="1568" data-end="1666">Coordinate with brokers and internal stakeholders regarding insurance coverage for U.S. entities.</p> </li> <li data-start="1566" data-end="1666">Conduct internal investigations.</li> </ul&gt
