Senior Manager, New Business Ventures Operations

<div> <p>[solidcore] is seeking a Senior Manager, New Business Ventures (NBV) Operations to help build the operational backbone of our Innovation Lab as we grow from a single pilot location toward a broader network of studios. Reporting directly to the Head of New Business Ventures, this role is based in the Washington, DC/Maryland/Virginia area (hybrid) and will serve as the operational right hand to the NBV team — translating strategic direction into organized execution, scalable process, and reliable accountability across workstreams.</p> <p>This is a generalist operator role, not a site-specific position. You will work across program management, studio operations, vendor coordination, and cross-functional alignment — building the systems and structures that allow the venture to grow with consistency and discipline. You are comfortable working with ambiguity, moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and keeping multiple workstreams organized at once.</p> <p>Our ideal candidate is a strong operator and project manager with a background in consumer-facing, service, or wellness environments.
