Renowned for its collaborative culture, innovation-driven mindset, and commitment to talent development, the company offers an excellent environment for young professionals looking to launch their career in Supply Chain.<br><br>To strengthen their operations team, they are currently looking for a motivated <strong>Junior Supply Chain Graduate</strong> eager to learn, grow, and gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain activities.</p><p></p><br>Jobomschrijving<br><p></p><p>As a <strong>Junior Supply Chain Graduate</strong>, you will support various supply chain functions and gain valuable hands-on experience across planning, logistics, inventory management, and operations.<br><br>Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Supporting demand planning and forecasting activities</li><li>Monitoring inventory levels and helping optimize stock availability</li><li>Coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation partners</li><li>Tracking deliveries and ensuring smooth order fulfillment</li><li>Assisting with data analysis and preparing supply chain performance reports</li><li>Identifying operational improvement opportunities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Procurement, Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations</li><li>Participating in supply chain projects related to process optimization, digitalization, and performance enhancement</li><li>Ensuring accurate data management within ERP and supply chain systems</li><li>Contributing to the achievement of service, quality, and cost objectives</li></ul><p></p> <ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Engineering, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field</li><li>Recent graduate or first professional experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Planning</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities</li><li>Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are considered strong assets</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel</li><li>Comfortable working with data and supply chain KPIs</li><li>Eager to learn and develop within an international environment</li><li>Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders</li><li>Team player with a positive and hands-on attitude </li></ul>
