DevSecOps Delivery Manager

Definitive Logic is seeking a DevSecOps Delivery Manager to join our HRSTS team. The DevSecOps team partners with our product delivery team to ensure that our culture, process, and platform integrate security as a shared responsibility throughout the entire product lifecycle. We are seeking a DevSecOps leader to help us as we transform our technology landscape.
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:- Lead our DevSecOps team ensuring effective management of our continuous integration and continuous delivery/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines- Develop a strategy including changes to tools, culture, and processes to implement and improve automation- Develop a strategy including changes to tools, culture, and processes to implement and improve Infrastructure as Code (IaC)- Partner with our corporate IT security, cloud, solution architecture and delivery teams to deliver DevSecOps best practices- Ensure that delivery teams are empowered and enabled to get work done quickly while promoting a security-first mindset- Drive the cultural and behavior changes required to improve our software delivery practices- Articulate to business leadership our technology concepts and system and architectural requirements- Tackle complex delivery problems and create leaner, more collaborative solutions- Ensure accurate reporting of key metrics such as Deployment Frequency, Change Lead Time, Change Volume, Mean Time to Recovery, and Availability. 

Required Qualifications:

• BS in a scientific or engineering field is required, graduate degree preferred
• 3+ years leading and developing teams as manager
• 3+ years industry experience in DevOps architecture
• 3+ years of application security experience including architecture, design, testing, and education in an agile environment.
• 5+ years overall experience covering Application development, Architecture, Quality Assurance and Production support in an agile Scrum or Kanban environment preferred.
• We seek technical team members with domain expertise and excellent interpersonal skills, as our positions rely heavily on communication with key stakeholders in both business and engineering realms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in one or more of the following DevOps or DevSecOps (AWS, Azure, etc.), Cybersecurity (Security+, CISSP, etc.), or Agile (Scrum or Kanban).
