JOB SUMMARY
As the HR Services Supervisor - Employee Onboarding, you will lead and oversee staff across multiple HR operations functions, including New Employee Onboarding, I‑9 and employment eligibility verification, background check administration, the HR Services Contact Center, and other related responsibilities. You will ensure a seamless onboarding experience by managing pre‑hire and post‑hire processes such as offer acceptance, initiation and tracking of background screenings, completion and verification of I‑9 documentation in compliance with federal regulations, and timely system access and orientation coordination.
This role provides sound interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures, leveraging a broad base of human resources knowledge, judgment, and initiative to support consistent and compliant practices. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing HR transactions, resolving complex employee and department inquiries, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Additionally, the HR Services Supervisor - Employee Onboarding utilizes prior HR expertise to drive operational efficiency, enhance productivity within HR systems and workflows, and lead continuous process improvements. This includes oversight of day-to-day execution of HR systems and programs, ensuring accuracy in all data management activities, organizational changes, and maintaining high standards through quality monitoring and audit readiness.
This position will be in the office for up to three days per week.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
- Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience
4 years of professional experience in one or more areas of human resource management.
May consider additional years related experience in lieu of education requirement.
