Working Student HR Data & Planning (m/f/d)

 

For our Global Transaction Center in KWS Berlin GmbH, we are looking for a Working Student HR Data & Planning (all gender) with 20 hours/week for at least 6 months. If you are interested in learning new things, working independently and service-oriented and if you have already demonstrated that you are self-motivated, a team player and flexible, we look forward to getting to know you soon. 

 

What you will do: 

• You will support the HR team in its daily business with administrative tasks, such as controlling organizational information, data maintenance in our SAP system, preparatory activities related to the workforce planning, the creation of HR-related documents or the digitalization and archiving of personnel files

• You will handle inquiries from employees and managers in our ticket system

• Furthermore, we would like to actively involve you in improving our processes through the utilization of the new digital tools offered by Office 365, such PowerBI and Forms

 

Who you are: 

• You are currently studying, ideally with a focus on Human Resources and/or IT

• You have a quick grasp and the ability to work independently and accurately

• A high level of customer and service orientation is one of your strengths. 

• For you, teamwork means supporting each other, solving problems together and learning together

• You are not satisfied with the status quo and you are looking for opportunities to accomplish your tasks even better and more efficiently. 

• You have very good English skills
