D'Amour Library-Student Assistant

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide coverage at the Circulation Desk with minimal supervision, while providing outstanding customer service to all library users—including students, faculty, staff and alumni. This role requires aides to demonstrate significant responsibility, judgment, professionalism, and safety awareness. Student aides will monitor the building for safety concerns in conjunction with Public Safety, maintain a responsive and welcoming presence at the front desk, help patrons with a variety of academic and technological needs, and support the daily operations of the library. This position serves as the primary library contact during some evening and weekend hours. 

Must be a current full-time WNE student; must have a federal work study award.
