How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support supervisors and teams in achieving top-tier HSSE performance

• Help ensure compliance with corporate, customer, and regulatory standards

• Conduct audits, inspections, and safety walkthroughs

• Assist in incident investigations and root cause analysis

• Track and follow up on corrective actions

• Promote awareness through safety campaigns and training

• Participate in daily meetings and shift handovers

• Contribute ideas to enhance HSSE programs and culture

Your Background

• Minimum 2 years in an HSSE role or minimum 5 years in heavy manufacturing with safety involvement

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, self-driven, and proactive

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital tools

• Willing to attend ongoing training and development

• Able to travel up to 10% as needed

Preferred: Degree in HSE or engineering, HSE certifications, bilingual (English/Spanish), ISO experience
