About the Team:The Spring Training Ticket Sales and Service Team creates, develops, and maintains high standards of customer care, enhancing the fan experience through product knowledge and job expertise while maximizing Gold Glove customer service. This particular position will support the operations of our Scottsdale Stadium Box Office during Spring Training. About the Role:The San Francisco Giants are looking for a part-time Ticket Seller from February-March, 2025, where you will have the unique opportunity to sell tickets and be the first point of contact with our fans. You’ll work closely with the Giants Ticket Office and Spring Training Operations team. You will be expected to proactively greet and assist guests and be attentive and actively listen in every interaction with guests and teammates. The ideal candidate will have an ability to work well in a team environment, have a positive attitude, and passion for customer service. This role reports to the Director of Ticket Operations. This position will be located at Scottsdale Stadium at 7408 E. Osborn Road in Scottsdale, Arizona. Qualifications Working knowledge of Tickets.Com Provenue ticketing system preferredExperience processing and verifying credit card purchases, handling cash transactions and other forms of payment from customersProven ability to count and balance cash drawer with accuracyAbility to multitask and work in a fast paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and high level of organizationPositive attitude and passion for customer service with strong written and verbal communications and interpersonal skillsMust be able to work flexible hours, such as early morning, weekday afternoons, nights, and weekendsComfortable with technology such as computers, smartphones or tablets, ticket-scanning devices, radios, etc. About the GiantsOne of the oldest teams in Major League Baseball, the San Francisco Giants are dedicated to enriching our community through innovation and excellence on and off the field.
