We’re Looking For A: Postproduction Coordinator to play a crucial role in managing the post-production workflow, ensuring seamless collaboration between creative teams and delivering final products for the Storytelling team.

Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work closely with the Post Production Supervisor to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Oversee the workflow of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Facilitate requests from creative teams, editors, producers and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with producers and editors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Provide regular updates on project status and address any potential issues.
• Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring proper file naming and storage.
• Collaborate with producers and editors to ensure their project needs are met.
• Maintain an organized and efficient file structure for all post-production assets.
• Create effective thumbstoppers, and short form ads that help meet offer goals and drive company revenue.
• Ensure final outputs meet the company’s quality standards.

Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):

• Works effectively in fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-driven environments.
• Ability to problem-solve complex technical issues with a proactive eye.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to be flexible in an untraditional film production environment and workflow
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changes in priorities and/or project requirements.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Associate Degree in film, Photography or related field preferred
• 2 years of experience with Audio, Editing, and Production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Experience with typical Production Protocol and etiquette when dealing with talent.
• 3 years of experience in Asset Management preferred.
