Product IT Engineer - New Grad

ABOUT THE ROLEThe Anduril Imaging team develops state-of-the-art imaging systems, deployed to tackle the most significant security challenges of America and its allies. We are seeking a Product IT Engineer to develop and maintain the workstation and compute infrastructure for our novel infrared sensor systems. You will be responsible for configuring, testing, deploying, and remotely updating complex server platforms and user laptops, as well as maintaining an understanding of the compute needs of our unique sensors.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Automate the configuration of linux-based server platforms
• Set up user laptops for deployment
• Develop a process to remotely update isolated deployed systems
• Monitor new server and laptop specs and acquire new hardware early to verify functionality
• Maintain product production IT infrastructure
• Work on challenging problems in a fast-paced environment
• Travel expected approximately 10% of the time for testing 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in related technical field, or 4+ years of work experience in technical field
• Strong background with Linux distributions and Linux system configuration tools
• Strong analytical & critical thinking and problem-solving skills and an ability to communicate ideas clearly
• Team-player, self-motivated, driven, organized
• Experience with functional programming (Python, etc.)
• Experience with customer issue tracking and ticketing systems
• Experience with software revision control systems
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD security clearance
