Your work directly supports therapies that require <strong>temperature‑controlled packaging and special handling</strong>, making precision and accountability essential.</p> <p>With endorsement from the Pharmacy Manager, this role also offers the opportunity to <strong>participate in a Pharmacy Technician training and development pathway</strong>, providing a strong foundation for growth within pharmacy operations.</p> <hr> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Accurately verify prescription orders against delivery tickets prior to shipment</li> <li>Process prescriptions through POS and apply the correct payment method</li> <li>Package medications using appropriate temperature‑sensitive and specialty supplies</li> <li>Enter and validate shipping data in <strong>UPS WorldShip</strong> and <strong>Dynamex</strong> with exceptional attention to detail</li> <li>Track shipments and proactively confirm successful deliveries</li> <li>Investigate, resolve, and communicate delivery issues with internal teams and carrier partners</li> <li>Collaborate with pharmacy staff to clarify incomplete or inaccurate delivery documentation</li> <li>Organize outbound packages by delivery method and priority</li> <li>Transport clinic‑administered medications to on‑site pharmacy locations as needed</li> <li>Perform other related duties to support pharmacy operations</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3> <p><strong>Technical & Professional Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills</li> <li>High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly <strong>Excel and Word</strong></li> <li>Ability to quickly learn new systems and accurately extract relevant information</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Core Attributes</stron
