Overview

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Director, Business Relationship and IT Delivery to join our IT Delivery department!

The Director, Business Relationship and IT Delivery is responsible for fostering strategic alignment between business units, clients and IT delivery. This role oversees a team of Business Relationship Managers and Agile Delivery teams to ensure business objectives are translated into scalable, compliant, and client-centered solutions. The Director will lead value-driven delivery efforts across strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team? • Serve as a senior liaison between business leaders and technology/delivery teams.• Translate business needs into delivery strategies that support enterprise goals including operational efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.• Influence enterprise strategic planning by identifying business capabilities that require investment, enhancement or optimization.• Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team that includes Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) and Agile Delivery Teams (e.g., Product Owners, Release Train Engineers).• Ensure collaboration between BRMs and Agile teams to ensure business priorities are delivered continuously on time with measurable value.• Oversee staffing, performance management, resource allocation, and career development for all direct reports.• Act as an executive point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to address priorities, align expectations, and manage escalations.• Provide transparent reporting to executive leadership on delivery health, risks, dependencies and business impact.• Participate in, adhere to and support compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives.• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What our team expects from you? • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience required. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.• Certifications such as Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM), Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.• 7 + years of experience in business relationship management, strategy, portfolio, program and project management, Agile methods and frameworks or a related leadership role.• Proven track record of driving IT-business alignment and digital transformation.• Extensive experience collaborating with senior executives and influencing technology investment decisions.• 5 + years of experience leading and supervising others required.• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
