Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the SAP Basis team responsible for S/4HANA landscape operations including development, QA, and production environments.
Architect and manage high-availability configurations, system refreshes, client copies, transport management, and backup strategies.
Administer SAP BTP, Fiori Launchpad (F/4), TM, and Finance modules with deep understanding of inter-module dependencies and data integrity.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize system operations and resource utilization
Conduct comprehensive system capacity analysis and lead long-term capacity planning initiatives
Provide expert-level assistance to users in accessing and utilizing business systems
Design and implement robust system security measures and ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations
Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical system issues and develop innovative solutions
Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and standard operating procedures
Mentor junior and intermediate team members, fostering their professional growth
Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders on strategic projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study
8-11 years of extensive experience in system administration (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
Direct experience managing SAP Fiori, TM, Finance, and BTP modules.
Strong expertise in SAP HANA database administration, performance optimization, and sizing.
Secret security clearance or US citizen with ability to pass T-1 background investigation upon hire
Expert knowledge of various operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux, Unix)
Advanced expertise in network protocols, services, and infrastructure
Proven experience with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms
Strong proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python,
