Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Analyze, understand and influence the business demands for any IT services.
• Plan and support in providing the capacity to meet these demands.
• Conducting what-if analysis and scenario planning to develop insights and offerings to optimize the business value.
• Proposing responses to short- and long-term needs and facilitating decision-making and planning
• Development and communication of insights into demand patterns
• Negotiate demand prioritization with business partners also in case of conflicting demands.
• Ensure that all demands are coordinated through the demand management process working closely with the respective IT organization
• (e. g., Service Manager, Enterprise Architect, Chief Information Security Officer, …) to define the high level design and estimation and tracking the status of the demand.
• Ensure that all demands for IT services are recorded in the demand portfolio.
• Increase the degree of integration of applications and infrastructure, improving IT standardization and exploit synergies and analogies across the company.
• Support the whole demand management team to continuously improve the demand management approach and make significant adjustments if required.
• Important part of IT’s relation to the business partners.

 
Your expertise:

• Several years of relevant experience as a Demand Manager, Business Analyst or Project Manager in fast changing, change driven environments.
• Working knowledge of demand management methods and tools.
• Experience in dealing with senior levels.
• Problem analyses and resolving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient skills in German and English.
• High personal responsibility, ability to work in a team, flexibility.
