The Director, Product Management is responsible for product vision, strategy, and implementation of initiatives for Inspira’s retirement services line of business. The incumbent will play a key role in identifying product opportunities to the everchanging market landscape of auto-rollover business and helping drive the overall growth of the business. This role requires collaboration across functional teams to drive product ideation, develop roadmaps, assess resource allocation, perform market research, and build business cases, all while aligning with the overall company’s direction.
• Driving product vision and roadmap with key focus on brining innovative products to the retirement services market.
• Managing external vendor SOWs with clear objectives and delivery goals.
• Establishing success metrics for the product that align with the company and business goals.
• Leading and developing a team of product managers, product owners and business analysts.
• Driving the maturity of product management and Agile practices in the organization.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product design, marketing, operations, sales, and executive leadership) to deliver high-quality products to institutional and investor clients.
• Bringing the voice of the customer and data backed approach to defining, prioritizing, and executing product roadmap.
• Engaging internal stakeholders to understand business unit’s needs, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure alignment with their objectives.
• Evaluating the current vendors and driving the selection of new vendors to enhance the product portfolio.
• Researching and keeping abreast of latest industry trends in retirement services industry and modern product management practices.

Team Lead
• Provide training, career development, coaching and issue resolution as directed for the team.
• Contribute to performance management and team member coaching discussions.
• Assist People Leader in delegating the day-to-day work as needed.
• Deliver and ensure exceptional client service and experience. Assist in monitoring and benchmarking service levels.
Manager
• Manage a program or specialty area of the business.

Director

• Manage a significant functional unit with major company-wide impact.
