What you will do
Supporting this Warehouse/Distribution Center, you will lead a team of supervisors, planners, and other critical roles to ensure the success of the Distribution Center. You will drive a culture of safety and quality first, spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, and continuously improve transportation efficiencies.

Lead, motivate and develop a team of supervisors, planners and other critical roles for the Distribution Center’s success.
Drive a culture of safety and quality first.
Drive strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and overall cost structure; directs the continuous improvement of transportation efficiencies.
Drive complex business analysis to identify opportunities to improve internal and external processes.
Work cross functionally to identify and apply best practices and continuous process improvements.
Provide scalable solutions for specific issues.
Manage and improve the performance metrics to deliver quality, cost and customer experience.
Review the work forecasts and determine your productivity requirements to produce during the day to meet the overall building objectives.
Proactively identify and lead cost improvement initiatives to make it an efficient operation.
Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
What we look for
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Engineering
10+ years of related professional experience including 5+ years of supervisory experience within an operations, distribution, or supply chain environment.
Warehousing, supply chain, inventory management, finance, vendor and/or project management experience
Experience with analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and statistics software; experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Preferred:
Knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies, Six Sigma or other relevant training
